PATTERSON, Diana Lucille of Westlake, Ohio, raised in Kettering, Ohio, passed away Saturday, December 6, 2008. She was born on November 23, 1949 in Dayton, Ohio to Anna Lucille (Isham) Anderson and the late Harry Wayne Anderson. She is survived by her husband of 30 years, Rev. Joseph Scott Patterson D.D.; daughters and sons-in-law, Jennifer and Michael Carter of Longwood, Florida and Jessica and Kevin Ward of Oakdale, Connecticut; son and daughter-in-law, Joseph and Jessica Patterson of Fairview Park, Ohio; grandchildren, Blake and Bailey Carter; brothers and sisters-in-law, Gary and Carol Anderson of Pickerington, Ohio and Terry and Paula Anderson of Kettering, Ohio; and sister and brother-in-law, Donna and Carl Bonecutter of Kettering, Ohio. Most important to her were family and friends. In the late 1970's, Diana was employed as administrative secretary for the General Secretary of the General Council on Ministry of the United Methodist Church in Dayton, Ohio and most recently, she worked for Play and Learn Preschool, The Picture Framing Company and Dean's Greenhouse. Funeral services will be 12 noon Friday, December 12, 2008 at the TOBIAS FUNERAL HOME-BEAVERCREEK CHAPEL, 3970 Dayton-Xenia Rd. Interment will be in Valley View Memorial Gardens. Her family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Thursday, December 11 at the funeral home. There will also be a memorial service at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 13, 2008 at Dover Congregational United Church of Christ in Westlake, Ohio.
