Blake Joseph Bailey, 18, of Paragould, died Thursday, November 13, 2008. He had lived in Paragould all his life and was a member of Temple Baptist Church. He was a member of the Junior Air Force ROTC and was preceded in death by his Paternal Grandfather, Larry Gene Bailey.
Blake is survived by his parents, Mark and Pamela Bailey, of the home; sister, Sarah Bailey, also of the home; Paternal grandparents, Peggy Bailey, and Doris Bailey, both of Paragould; Maternal Grandparents, Danny and Linda Rose, Jonesboro; Maternal Great Grandmother Evelee Darnall, Jonesboro; Uncles and Aunts, Tony and Angela Bailey, Terry and Chalee Bailey, Yvette Hudson, all of Paragould; Stacey and Elisha Bailey, Crestview Florida; Mark Rose, Jeff and Kelly Rose, Chad and Tammy Rose, all of Jonesboro; and several cousins.
Funeral services will 10:00 AM, Monday, November 17, 2008 at Emerson Memorial Chapel with Brother Terry Gage and Brother Andy Neal officiating and Emerson Funeral Home in charge of arrangements and burial to follow at Finch Cemetery. Pallbearers are Ryan Lavesprere, Preston Morris, Donnie French, Jake French, Justin Ragsdale, Tyler Panhorst, David Chun, Randel Raider, O'Ryan Streval. Honorary pallbearers are A. J. Holland, Cody DeRoe, Chris Baldwin, and Zach McMillon. Visitation will be from 2 – 4 Sunday afternoon at Emerson Funeral Home.
