Mass of Christian Burial for Agnes Barbara Vitt, 91, Eudora, will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Holy Family Catholic Church in Eudora. Burial will follow in Holy Family Catholic Cemetery in Eudora.
Mrs. Vitt died Friday, Aug. 21, 1998, at Eudora Nursing Center.
She was born March 1, 1907, in Eudora, to Joseph and Carrie Scherer Eder. She was a longtime member of Holy Family Catholic Church.
She had worked as a receptionist in a doctor's office and later at the Sunflower Army Ammunition Plant.
She married Charles Vitt on Nov. 21, 1929, in Eudora. He died Nov. 7, 1964. She is survived by a daughter, Charlene Gerstenberger of Antioch, Calif.; four grandchildren and
six great-grandchildren.
