The Rev. Elias Jones officiated at the service and the local Order of Eastern Star had charge of a graveside service. Interment was made at Mountain View Cemetery and arrangements were made by Cole and Maud Mortuary.
Mrs. Curry was born July 9, 1870 at San Saba, Texas and came to Arizona from Texas in 1887. She was married to the late Avery Curry on September 4, 1887, at Palominas, Arizona. They moved to a ranch south of Casa Grande in 1918. Mr. Curry preceded her in death, passing away in 1932.
Mrs. Curry was a member of the local Order of Star the past 48 years.
Surviving are two daughters: Mrs. Jim Chappell, of Yuma, and Mrs. Esther Illwitzer, of Tucson; two sons: Roland and Joe Curry, both of Casa Grande; three grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
