Toy Eldon Garner, 93, of Hot Springs, died Friday, September 25, at his home.
He was a native of Garland County. He was a Baptist, a veteran of World War I, a retired antique dealer, and a Mason.
Survivors include his wife, Grace Garner of Hot Springs; two sons, Eldon and Jack Garner of Fort Worth; four daughters, Betty Garner of Fort Worth, Mary Shay of Healy, Kansas, Bonnie Wofford [Warford] of Fort Worth and Barbara Straschinske of Texarkana; two brothers, John and Ruben Garner, both of Hot Springs; three sisters, Elnora Wilson, Georgia Rigsby and Izora Witherspoon, all of Hot Springs; 11 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
Services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday at the Caruth Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Calvin Isenhower officiating.
Pallbearers will be Bill Blackwell, Jeff Blackwell, Ronald Wright, Pat Livingston, Paul Branch and Paul Shepard.
Honorary pallbearers are the staff of the Veterans Administration Home Health Care Agency, Hot Springs area.
Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery under the direction of Caruth Funeral Home.
Visitation will be held after 11 a.m. Sunday at Caruth Funeral Home.
