OAKDALE - Services for Aldrich Vernon Causey will be at 2 p.m. today in the chapel of Ardoin with the Rev. Jerry Miller officiating. Burial will be in Cryer Cemetery.

Causey, 68, of Oakdale died Sunday, July 23, 2000, in Rapides Regional Medical Center, Alexandria.

He was a native of Turkey Creek and was a member of the Operating Engineer Local #406 and Pipeline Labor Association #692.

Survivors include his wife, Geraldine J. Causey of Oakdale; one son, Keith Causey of Oakdale; five daughters, Gerri Lynn Miller, Martha Causey, Angela Spears, Sonya Odom and Pamela Hartzfelts, all of Oakdale; one brother, Ralph Causey of Rosepine; three sisters, Verlin Walker of Alexandria, Doris Hamblin of Nashville, Tenn., and Elaine Oszustowicz of Leesville; 11 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Friends may call from 8-11 a.m. today in the funeral home and from noon until time of services today in the chapel.
