Mrs. Cumi Paul, 86, of Panama City, Fla., passed away Wednesday, Oct. 20, 2010, at a local nursing facility.

She was born in Bonifay, Fla., and had lived in Panama City most of her life. Mrs. Paul loved her flowers, gardening, fishing and spending time with her family. She was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church.

Mrs. Paul was predeceased in 1996 by her husband, Buford W. Paul; parents; and four brothers and sisters.

Survivors include her son, Gary Paul and wife, Frances, of Youngstown, Fla.; grandson, Jason Paul and fiancée, Jessica Patridge, of Minneapolis, Minn.; and numerous nieces, nephews and many special friends.

A funeral service will begin at 2 p.m. Monday, Oct. 25, 2010, at Kent-Forest Lawn Funeral Home with the Rev. Jack Faircloth officiating. Interment will follow in Evergreen Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 24, 2010, at the funeral home. Asked to serve as pallbearers are Richard Peak, Mike Pryor, Don Weeks, Mickey Groce, Mark Mulder and Samuel Mulder.
