Judy Speer, 62, passed away Friday, Dec. 5, 2008, at her home.
Funeral: 3 p.m. Wednesday, Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Chapel, with the Rev. Buck Osborne officiating. Interment: Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Bluebonnet Hills Funeral Home, 5725 Colleyville Blvd.
Judy was born on June 18, 1946, in Fort Worth to William and Mary Lou Goodwin. She had been a resident of Haltom City for the past 36 years. She was a loving mother who participated in her children's civic and scholastic activities, and was an active member of the PTA. Her favorite pastimes included playing bingo and casino gambling.
She will be deeply missed by those who knew and loved her.
Survivors: Daughters, Christine Duncan and husband, Scott, of Haltom City, Jana Macalik and husband, Kenneth, of Keller; son, Jimmy Speer of Haltom City; six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
