Daughter of Col. William Harrod Sr. and Amelia Stevens. Col. William Harrod Sr. built the first fort at Louiville, Kentucky, under orders from General Clark aka. Lewis and Clark.
Niece of Colonal James Harrod who founded Harrod's fort in Kentucky. Abraham Lincoln was married at Harrod's Fort in Kentucky. This Harrod family were close friends of Daniel Boone.
