Paul D. Baker, 64, of Saxton died Jan. 22, 1976 at Broad Top City. Born Feb. 8, 1911 in Osceola Mills, Clearfield County, he was a son of Obery and Lulu (Kanour) Baker. He married Alma Mae Putt on Dec. 10, 1937 in Cumberland, Md. Surviving are his wife and three sons: Bernard Kenneth Baker, Saxton R.D.; Gene A. Baker, Saxton and James D. Baker, at home. He was the last surviving member of his immediate family. A carpenter by trade, he was a construction superintendent for the Frank L. Black, Jr., Construction Co., Carlisle.
