Nancy was born to Randolph P. and Nettie Floyd Snakenberg. They preceded her in death. She married William C. Francis on July 1, 1967, in Tampa, Fla. He survives.
Also surviving are her children, Michael J. (Pam) and Andrea L. Francis; grandchildren, Brody and Maille Francis; one brother, Randy (Joyce) Snakenberg; and three sisters, Shirley Bradley, Edwina (Warren) Trask and Gail Davis; one sister-in-law, Kathy (Gerald) Deboer; and several cousins, nieces and nephews.
She sold Avon products and was a part-time Realtor for a number of years before retiring from Western Illinois University as a staff secretary for administrative computing in 1991.
