Rita Marzelle Mount Harmon recently of Jacksonville, Florida went to be with the Lord on Friday June 17, 2016.

She was born May 29, 1923 in El Dorado, Arkansas to the late Cyrus Walter and Ruth Pendleton Mount.

The love of her life, James Robert Harmon, Sr., passed away in August of 2000 at their home in Lynn Haven.

She is survived by Pam (Mike) Fenn, Bob Harmon, and Alan (Joan) Harmon, M.D., 9 grandchildren, and 14 great-grandchildren.

She attended Huntingdon College in Montgomery, Alabama. She had a long career in admissions at Lisenby Hospital and Gulf Coast Regional Medical Center. She also played the organ and the piano for the First Baptist Church of Lynn Haven, Florida for almost 30 years. She resided in Jacksonville, Florida with family for the last 13 years.

There will be a viewing at Wilson Funeral Home at 10 am, Saturday June 25 followed by graveside services at Evergreen Memorial Gardens at 11 am. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Hospice.
