Mrs. Pignone moved to the area in 1970 from Orlando, Florida.
She was a Homemaker and Bartender, a member of the St. Vincent dePaul Catholic Church and formerly with St. Theresa Catholic Church in Belleview, Florida where she was a member of The Knights of Columbus Auxillary, a former Eucharistic Minister and choir member.
She loved working in her yard, dancing and she deeply loved her Family.
Mrs. Pignone is survived by her six children: Joan A. Pignone of Oxford, Francis X. (Nancy) Pignone of Orlando, Patricia L. Quilling of Oxford, Teresa P. (John) Kalange of The Villages, Florida, Barbara Pignone Hamilton of Oxford and Priscilla L. Pignone of Oxford; twenty grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; and eight great, great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM, Friday, December 05, 2008 at Banks/Page-Theus Funeral Chapel with Vigil Service at 7:00 PM.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 AM, Saturday, December 06, 2008 at St. Vincent dePaul Catholic Church in Wildwood, Florida.
Interment will follow at Pine Level Cemetery in Oxford.
