Germaine E. Auger, 70, of 103 Roscoe St., a kitchen worker at St. Antoine's Residence for 14 years before retiring in 1981, died Sunday at home. She was the wife of Francis A. Auger.
Born in Woonsocket, she was a daughter of the late Albert and Evelina (Cote) Nault.
Mrs. Auger had also been a gillbox operator for the Fairmount Dye Co. for 20 years.
Besides her husband she leaves a son, Francis N. Auger of Santa Rosa, Calif.; a daughter, Lucille Zakarian of Woonsocket, and three grandchildren.
The funeral will be held tomorrow at 9:30 a.m. from the Fournier and Fournier Funeral Home, 99 Cumberland St., with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 at St. Joseph's Church, Mendon Road. Burial will be in Precious Blood Cemetery.
