Madge A. Trimble, 87 years of Springfield, died Tuesday, April 8, 2008 at the Villa Springfield.

She was born in Pike County, Ohio on May 3, 1920 the daughter of the late Edward and Anna (Caplinger) Green, Sr.

She retired in 1978 from Robbins & Myers after 30 years. She was a member of the Maiden Lane Church of God in Springfield.

Beside her parents she was preceded in death by two husbands, Daniel Ryals, Francis Trimble, daughter, Carol Jean Cooper, grandson, Jason Cooper, four sisters, Jessie Ritchie, Clarice Trimble, Ruth Diehl, Maude Thompson, five brothers, Lucas Green, Earl Green, Edward Green, Jr., Carl & Frank, numerous nieces, nephews, and family to name.

She is survived by her three children, Russell Cooper, Jr., and companion, Carleen Dobie, of Springfield, Eydie and Larry Cox of Springfield, Alice and Dale Fischer of Springfield, three step children, Betty and Dean Stewart of Springfield, Bill and Eve Trimble of Grove City, Delores and Lonnie Allen of Springfield, 14 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren, 7 step great grandchildren, 4 great great grandchildren, John and Susan Fleeger (Michael & Christopher) of Miamisburg, Ellen and Steve Robinson (Stevie and Ashley, Justin, Andrew, Kyle, and Morgan) of Springfield, Lisa and Doug Hursh (Lee Haddix, John Haddix and Sarah, Stephen Hursh) of Springfield, Tony and Tammi Fleeger (Beth, Billy, Tyler Edwards and Shelby Edwards) of Ludowici, GA, Suzie and Rodney Wireman of Florence, KY, Denise Fitzsimmons (Katie, Colleen, Patrick and Molly) of Galloway, OH, Tammy Love of Arkansas, Arleen Love of Memphis, TN, Debbie and Bryan Rockwell (Lucas, Clayton and Hawkin) of Springfield, Tracy and Brian Grewe (Alexis, Breanne and Connor) of Kettering, Melinda and Tony Tillman (Brooke and Sydney) of Springfield, Brian and Amanda Cooper (Olivia and Ashley) of Springfield, Cindy and Mark Damewood (Danielle and Aaron) (Allison and Aiden) of Springfield, Chris and Lisa Tirey (Shawn and Samantha) of Springfield, two sisters and brothers-in-law, Julia and Herb Sowards of Peebles, Wanda and Darrell Hildebrand of Aurora, IN, and one brother, Eldon Green of Brighton, IL

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, April 12, 2008 at 2:00 P.M. at the Wylie-Thompson Funeral Home in Sinking Spring. Burial will follow in the Washburn Cemetery.
