Jackie Strong, age 85, of Bon Air, widow of William Herman "Hickie" Strong.
She is survived by her children, W.H. "Bubba" Strong and wife, Nancy, and Brenda S. Hall and husband, A.E. "Skee"; her sister, Iris Kerr; brother, Wilford Ira Mills Jr.; grandchildren, W. Craig Strong, Drew H. Strong, William Earl Hall, Kenneth Wayne Hall and Lori Anne Hall; four great-grandchildren, Lily Strong, Alex Jacqueline Strong, Tracy Escobar and Kristopher Hall; and two great-great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Strong was a member of Providence United Methodist Church and Crestwood Farms Garden Club. Graveside services will be held 11 a.m. Friday at Dale Memorial Park.
