Philip M. Shuff, 92, of Panama City, Florida, passed away Sunday, May 14, 2017, at a local care center.

Philip was a resident of Panama City Beach, Fla., for over 25 years. Prior to moving to Florida, he lived in Pee Wee Valley, Kentucky, for 30 years. Philip was a member of Gulf View United Methodist Church, he served in the U.S. Navy during WWII and was a salesman for BASF Automotive Group. Phillip enjoyed working in his garage and could fix anything, which was also his hobby.

He is preceded in death by his loving wife, Ruby Catherine Shuff.

He is survived by his children, Norman Shuff (Tara) and Karen Theobald (John); grandchildren Casey Shuff, Nora Bridge (Josh,) Kendall Theobald, and Karson Hardy (Thomas); great-grandchildren Greyson Scott Shuff, Maci Ann Shuff Aubree Katherine Smith, Mira Ruby Smith and Ruby Grace Bridge; numerous nieces, nephews, loved ones and dear friends.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, May 17, 2017, at Kent-Forest Lawn Funeral Home with Pastor John Woodrow officiating. Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Cemetery. Family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, May 16, 2017, at the funeral home.
