Nicholas Hudson, 60, of Warsaw, died Friday at Gallatin County Health Care Center, Warsaw.
He was disabled.
Survivors include a son, Matthew M. Hudson of Florence; a brother, Sonny McQuire of Williamstown; sisters, Penny Sanders of Erlanger and Vicky Henlsey of Williamstown; and three grandchildren.
Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
Memorials are suggested to the charity of the donor's choice.
