Funeral services for Joseph Russell Harris, 72, of Lucedale, were held January 31 at 2 p.m. at Sigler Funeral Home Chapel.
He was a native of Moss Point, a Mason, a retired civil service employee and a member of the Rocky Creek Baptist Church. He died at his home January 29 following an extended illness.
He is survived by his wife, Robbie Harries of Lucedale; a son, John Harris and a daughter Sharon McGee, both of Lucedale; four grandchildren and two brothers, Ross Harris of Jackson and J. C. Harris of Pascagoula.
Services were conducted by Rev. Jerry Mixon. Interment was held in the Magnolia Cemetery with Sigler "Fails" Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
