CUERO; Services for Edward Wagner, 81, of Westhoff will be conducted at Freund Funeral Home at 3 p.m. Tuesday.
The Rev. Louis Balderach, pastor of St John Lutheran Church at Westhoff, will officiate. Burial will be in the Westhoff Cemetery. Mr. Wagner died in a Cuero hospital Sunday night.
He was a retired farmer-rancher. Mr. Wagner was born in Cuero Sept. 28, 1896, son of Herman and Emma Metting Wagner. He married Frieda Mueller in Westhoff Jan 31, 1923.
Survivors are the wife, a daughter, Mrs John Kahlich of Cuero; two sisters, Mrs Lillie Gerhold and Mrs Agnes Mueller of Cuero, and three grandchildren.
Memorials may be given to the heart fund.
