Born April 18, 1939, in Midwest to Lester and Edith Tracy, she grew up in Spokane, Wash., and married Lee Coggins on April 29, 1956, in Worland.
They lived several years in Washington and Oregon before moving in 1972 to Sheridan, where she belonged to Southern Baptist Church.
Mrs. Coggins moved to Forest Grove in 1991.
Survivors include her husband, four sons, Roger Coggins, Phoenix, Ariz., Troy Coggins, Deer Lodge, Mont., and Lee Ray Coggins, Sacramento, Calif.; a daughter, Michelle Perkins, Fort Lewis, Wash.; her mother, Edith Exley, Ranchester; five brothers, Lester Tracy, Sheridan, Harold Tracy, Redman, Ore., Robert Tracy, Livingston, Mont., Vernon Tracy, Collville, Wash., and Ronald Tracy, Forest Grove; four sisters, Ester Schauls, Collville, Dixie Granger, Springfield, Ore., Donna O'Neil, Bozeman, Mont., and Lea Rae Garber, Greeley, Colo.; nine grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Graveside services are 2 p.m. Tuesday at Mount Hope Cemetery, Big Horn, the Rev. Greg Jensen officiating, with arrangements by Ferries Funeral Home.
Memorials may benefit the American Cancer Society in care of Delphine Toner, First Interstate Bank of Commerce.
