George Edgar Arble


George Edgar Arble, a retired car builder of the Pennsylvania Railroad died at his home on Red Hill, Altoona R.D. 2, yesterday morning at 7:40.

Born in Altoona, September 26, 1870 he was the son of Jacob C. and Lorra (Boweres) Arble.

Members of the family include his wife, Mrs. Laura (Bartley) Arble, two sons and three daughters, S. Linton Arble, of Altoona and Ralph E. of Arlington, Virginia; Mrs. Elizabeth Koslin of New York, Mrs. Rhoda Terwillinger and Miss Laura Arble, both at home; four brothers, Harry B. of Akron, O., Adam B. of Juniata, N. Frank, Pittsburg, Clair C. of New Castle and one sister, Mrs. Mae Akers of Juniata, also five grandchildren survive.

Mr. Arble was of the Lutheran faith and was a member of Camp 31, P.O.S. of A.
