WEDDING CHIMES.
New Sharon Star.

Mr. W. W. Brimm and Miss Jessie Drennan were married at the residence of the bride's parents, four miles southwest of this city, at 7 o'clock p.m., Thursday, Oct. 17, 1895, the Rev. D. Brown pronouncing the ceremony which united them for life.
Mr. Brimm is a relative of the Hammonds at this place and at Oskaloosa, and came here from California four and a half years ago, since which time he has held the position of assistant cashier in the bank. Possessed of more than average ability, affable in nature, friendly to the letter, though firm, of good character and steady habits, Mr. Brimm has become a great favorite in business and social circles, a well merited distinction. The bride is the eldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James Drennan and is a lady of much worth and many sparkling talents. For two years she held the cashier's chair in the Kramer, Kundson & Day store and has a large circle of friends. The ceremony was witnessed by only the relatives and a few immediate friends of the family, those present being: Mr. and Mrs. Jas G Hammond, Miss Edna Hammond, Mr and Mrs. J. B. Hart, Mr. and Mrs. H. P. Weaver, W. T. Hammond and daughter, Miss Zoe, of Des Moines, Mr. and Mrs. Phil Hoffmann, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Ogden, Mr. and Mrs. H. H. Hammond, and the Drennan family. A bountiful feast was served and the evening spent in merry-making. Mr. and Mrs. Brimm will occupy the K. L. Adams property about November 10, where they will be at home to their numerous friends. Here's congratulations full and hearty and best wishes that no moment in your lives will less happy than your wedding day.
