E.P. Wooldridge was in Fristoe's Regiment during the Civil War. His Company surrendered May 11, 1865 and he was paroled at Jacksonport, Arkansas June 5, 1865. Per his parole records, he enlisted at Fulton, Arkansas at the age of 16 and was born in Arkansas. No one has ever really found where his grave is located and he reportedly passed away in Randolph County, Arkansas. The stone in Davis Cemetery is only a memorial stone placed near his wife's grave.
