Beatrice Deloris Campbell, of McKenney, VA, died at the Southside Regional Medical Center, Petersburg, VA. She received her education in the Dinwiddie County Public School System, and was a graduate of the Southside High School Class of 1966. She attended the Virginia State University (Petersburg, VA) and Virginia Union University (Richmond, VA). For a portion of her life, she lived in the state of Maryland. She was a former employee with the Walter Reed Veterans Medical Center, Washington D.C. She was a faithful member of the Shiloh Baptist Church, Dinwiddie County, VA where she was a member of the ushers ministry and the adult ensemble.

A homegoing celebration was held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, November 29, 2008 at the Shiloh Baptist Church, Dinwiddie County, VA. Interment in the church cemetery.
