Robert Franklin Tiller, son of Robert and Hulda Tiller, was born Dec. 26, 1864 in Macon county, MO., departed this life April 4, 1936 at the age of 73 years, 3 months and 8 days.
He was united in marriage to Emma McKenzie, Aug. 8, 1888. To this union seven children were born, two dying in infancy.
He leaves to mourn his departure a devoted wife, four daughters, and one son, Mrs. Aggie Phillips, Mrs. Ola Rowe, near the home; Mrs. Mamie Phillips of Clarence; Mrs. Virginia Butner, of Wichita, Kans and Walter Tiller of Madison, Mo., six grandchildren and one great grandchild. Also four sisters and one brother, Mrs. Frank Orbin, Mrs. Dee Tedford, Mrs. John Reynolds, Mrs. Jesse Cox, John Tiller, and many other relatives and friends.
He was united to the Fairview Christian church in earl life, where he remained a true and faithful member to the end.
Funeral services were conducted at Fairview Christian church Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock with burial in nearby cemetery.
