OBIT: Mrs. A. C. Nickell Passes Saturday-

Mrs. Gillie Ann Nickell, aged 89, widow of A. C. Nickell, died Saturday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. D. E. Murphy, following a long illness.

Surviving are her daughter at whose home she died and five sons, Boone Nickell, North Vernon, Ind.; Volney Nickell, Shelbyville, Ind.; Thomas P. Nickell, Anderson, Ind.; Stanley and Carl Nickell, both of Ashland and a daughter-in-law, Mrs. William H. Nickell, Shelbyville, Ind.

Funeral services were held at 10:30am Tuesday at the Eastin-Richey funeral home here. The Rev. W. F. Chapel and the Rev. C. G. Estes officiated and burial was in Machpelah cemetery. Pallbearers were: C. C. Murphy, Ballard Stafford, Clay Long. Lewis Keath, Chapman Gibson and Allie McCormick.
