He is survived by his wife, Misty Couch; two daughters, Shelby Couch and Samantha Couch, both of the home; his parents, Terry and Starla Couch of Poteau; a sister, Tiffany Simpson of Poteau; and his paternal grandparents, Bill and Nettie Couch of Poteau.
