Frank J. Josd
A sad event occurred in Matamoras at 6:15 p.m. Saturday in the death of Mr. Frank J. Josd, who has been ill for several weeks with typhoid fever. Mr. Josd was a fireman on the Delaware Division of the Erie road and valued by the company as a thoroughly industrious and trustworthy young man. He leaves to mourn his loss a young wife and a son two years old. He is survived also by an aged mother, a resident of Westfall township, Pike county, and the following sisters, Emma, Kate, Lizzie and Caroline, all unmarried. The funeral was held on Wednesday at 2 p.m. at his residence in Matamoras.
