Bobby Lynn Moreland, 67, of Sumner went to be with his Lord on Nov. 21, 2008. Services are set for 2 p.m. Sunday at Cross Trails Cowboy Church in Fairlie with burial following in Shiloh Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Jones-Walker and Son Funeral Home in Commerce.He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather and a friend to anyone who knew him. He loved living. He loved his family most of all. He had enjoyed a life of trucks, motorcycles, and horses. He brought joy to so many people and will be missed so much, especially by his "sidekick," Loryn Gibson. Survivors his wife, Elaine of the home; his mother, Ruth Wilson; sons Shannon Morland and wife Evette of Canyon and Brandon Moreland and wife Brandy of Princeton; daughters Terrie Thompson and husband Larry of Klondike, Tracie Oliver and husband Lance of Ubell and Tammie Ferguson of Enloe; a stepdaughter, Krista Gibson of Sumner; stepsons Bryan Brown, Bradley Brown, Terry Rayborn, Leslie Rayborn and Jeff Rayborn; grandchildren, Kodi Wright, Kade Millsap, Bryan Thompson, Neely Thompson, Randi Moreland, Roni Moreland, Keaton Ferguson, John Wayne, Cheyenne, Cherokee and Shawnee Moreland, Ashley, Taylor, Chesney and Brayden Moreland, Breanna Ash, Macey Brown, Coye Brown and Loryn Gibson; eight great grandchildren; and a sister, Judy Mills. He was preceded in death by his father, Marvin Moreland; one brother, one sister and one grandson.
