Survived by sons, Jim and Ray W., both SLC; brothers, Sheldon Hollingshead, Sacramento, CA and Sterling Hollingshead, Ogden, UT; sister, Joy Hollingshead, Cheyenne, WY; 40 grandchildren.

Preceded in death by a son, Benjamin Rees, and daughter, Ethel Elizabeth.
