Grandma DeHart Dead.

On last Friday afternoon at 6 o'clock March 31, Mrs. Pathenia Jane DeHart passed away at the home of her grand daughter, Mrs. Andrew Nelson.

Grandma had been ill for many months, still her death was a shock to her many friends of this community, where she had lived for so many years. She had reached the age of 77 years, 9 months and 15 days. She was a consistent member of the Baptist Church, and her devoted Christian life will ever be cherished in the hearts of those who knew her.

The funeral services were conducted at the residence the following day by Rev. J. B. Fletcher, after which interment was made in Clifton cemetery.

Deceased leaves two step-sons and a number of step-grandchildren to mourn her departure.
