She was a native of George County, a resident of Lucedale, a homemaker and a member of the Lighthouse Free Pentecostal Church. She died November 22, 1993 at Mobile Infirmary in Mobile, AL.
She is survived by two daughters, Doris Pope of Lucedale and Norma "Obby" Howell of Gautier; and eight grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and 14 great great grandchildren.
Other survivors include one brother, Calvin Goff of Lucedale and three sisters, Audie Carter of Moss Point, Nelda Joinville of California, and Willie Nell Miller of Lucedale.
She was preceded in death by Tom Colville and Lavelle Lawler.
Conducting the service was Brother Larry Hoyt. Interment was in the Magnolia Cemetery with Fails Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
