My sweet angel boy left this world on the morning of November 15, 2008 after sustaining injuries in an automobile accident.

Nick was born on February 13, 1992 to George and Katherine Goris in South Jordan, UT. He was a student at Northridge High School where he was a cadet officer in the JROTC Academy. Nick was full of life! He loved his friends and family, cars, anything and everything military, cars, planes, cars, Drill Team, cars, Crested Butte Colorado, cars, golfing, cars, ketchup, cars, and Coca Cola. He had big plans to join the Air Force and become a Pilot someday. Nick brought joy and happiness to all who had the privilege of knowing him!

He is survived by his mother, Katherine and step-father Troy Gardner, father George Goris, brothers and sisters Jessica, Brittanie, Gabrielle, Alexander, Braden, Alyssa, and Abbey; grandparents Steve and Janet Clark, grandmother Gwen Josie, grandmother Georgia Goris; grandfather Nyal Gardner' aunts and uncles Angela and Jason Forbush, Gerilee and Paul LeFevre, Ryan and Amy Gardner and Bret Gardner, Randy and Diane Peck and Jim and Sam Goris; along with numerous cousins who loved him dearly. He was preceded in death by a grandfather Jack Josie, grandparents George and Melda Clark, Grandfather George W. Goris Sr. and sweet sister Stephanie Ann Goris.

I'd like to say thank you to all of Nick's friends. Zach, knowing that you were there is one of the only things that brings me peace in this very hard time. He loved you like a brother and we consider you part of our family and always will. Sarah Mo. Oh sweet girl, Nick loved you! We love you! Kyle, Nick told me that you were young, but he had the strongest feeling that someday you would be one of the best out there. He had so much faith in you! And Superman, you are always welcome here. There is no longer a race to the finish. Please slow down. We love you all. Thank you for everything!
