Stefani Brosch, 85, of Ellisburg St., Sandy Creek, died Monday, November 17, 2008 at VanDuyn Home & Hospital, Syracuse. Born December 26, 1922 in Romania. Married, July 29, 1950 in Germany to Johann J. Brosch. They came to Sandy Creek in 1956 under the sponsorship of the Sandy Creek United Methodist Church. Mr. Brosch, a master craftsman, died February 10, 1986. Mrs. Brosch was a housekeeper for many years for several prominent families in Sandy Creek. She was a member of Sandy Creek Methodist Church. Survived by four sons, Gerhardt (Diane) Brosch, Scott (Nancy) Brosch, Klaus Brosch of Sandy Creek and Thomas (Linda) Brosch of Oswego; two daughters, Rita (Wayne) Beaver, Ashland, OH and Carol (Ronald) LaRock of Lacona; a stepdaughter, Sylvia (Wofgang) Rigol of Twinsburg, OH; two sisters and one brother in Germany; eight grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by a stepson, Florine. Funeral Service: Friday, 10 a.m., Summerville Funeral Home, Sandy Creek. Burial: Woodlawn Cemetery, Sandy Creek.
