Mrs. Nellie Maude Cole, 80, died at the Brookside Nursing Home, Leesburg, Sunday. She was the daughter of the late Charles and Rosa Wade Baker and the widow of the late J.W. Cole.
Mrs. Cole leaves three children: Mrs. Bertha Kent, Hamilton; Mrs. Mary Smith, Hamilton; and Mrs. Daisy Lemon, Purcellville. Also surviving are 20 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by a brother, Wilmer Baker of Neersville, and two sisters, Mrs. Harry Wilt and Mrs. Rachael Stone, both of Lovettsville.
Services were held at Shinoh Lutheran Church and were conducted by Rev. William Wade.
