Carl C. Radford died Sunday, October 26th 2008 at his home with his family at the age of 83.
Carl was born Christmas Day in 1924 to Marion Isiah and Lily Dale (Smith) Radford in Reynolds County, MO.
He worked for 30 years @ G.M.as a fork lift driver and stockman,retiring in 1980. He was a member of the U.A.W. and loved to golf in his spare time. On July 6, 1948, Carl married his wife, Bertha "Bert" Ilene Miner in Centerville, Mo. and spent 60 years with her until his death. She survives him and lives in St. Peters. To this union three children were born, Shirley,(Russell) Pearce, of Florissant, MO, Bonnie(Thomas) Lada of St. Peters, MO, and Debra (Larry) Boehmer of Kirkwood, MO. Mr. Radford has 11 grandchildren, 10 Great Grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild.
