Donald was born Oct. 3, 1937, in Wichita Falls to the late Roy and Edith Ford Winchester. He was a longtime resident of Fort Worth and was a union brick mason, working all over the country on various construction projects. Don was an avid outdoorsman. He loved hunting and fishing.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Lorene, in 2005.
Survivors: Daughters, Cyndi Goeser and husband, Chris, and Julie Winchester; stepdaughters, Debbie McElroy and Terri Johnson; stepson, John Givens; grandchildren, Krysta Robbins Winchester, Tara Johnson and Raymond Goeser; brother, Joe Winchester; and numerous nieces and nephews.
