On August 20, 2014, our wonderful, sister, mother, grandmother and great grandmother passed away at age 96, to be with her Savior, surrounded by her loved ones. She was born December 7, 1917 in Long Beach, CA, and married Joseph Cole in 1937. She is survived by her daughter Joyce and son-in-law William Chapman, son-in-law Ronald Bennett, sister Christine Shults, grandsons Jeffery Bennett, Joseph Bennett, Clayton Bennett, Gregg Chapman, fifteen great grandchildren and seven great great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband Joseph Cole, parents Arthur and Blanche Potter, daughter Faith Bennett and grandson Donald Bennett. A graveside service will be held 10:00 a.m., Friday, August 29, 2014 at Oak Hill Cemetery, Red Bluff. A Celebration of Life will be held 10:00 a.m., Saturday, August 30, 2014 at Pleasant Valley Baptist Church, Chico. Memorial Donations may be made to the Pleasant Valley Baptist Church.
