Mr. Arocha was a musician and a Catholic by faith. He lived all of his life in Graytown.
A rosary was recited at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, March 5, in the Vinyard Funeral Home in Floresville.
A funeral Mass was held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday in the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Floresville. Father Stefan Wiera officiated the services.
Pallbearers were Steve Arocha, Gerald Arocha, Johnny Arocha, Ben Gutierrez, Lupe Gutierrez, and Frank Morales.
Preceded in death by: father, Alfredo Arocha Sr.; brother: Esteban; sister: Olga Carreon.
Survivors include: wife, Vicenta Morales Arocha whom he married in 1986; sons Alfredo Arocha III, Robert Arocha, Kevin Arocha, Dimas Arocha, Donald Arocha, and Vincente Arocha; mother: Juanita P. Arocha; brothers: Juan, Tony, Rudy, and Paul Arocha; sisters: Evelyn Cerna, Jaqueline Garcia, and Mary Jane Lopez; numerous nieces and nephews.
