OAKDALE -- Funeral services for Jo Estelle Beasley will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 2, 2003, in First United Methodist Church, Oakdale, with Rev. Eddie Morgan officiating. Burial will be in Oakdale Cemetery under the direction of Rush Funeral Home, Oakdale,

Mrs. Beasley, age 79, of Oakdale, died at 5:30 a.m. Friday, Oct. 31, 2003, in Allen Oaks Nursing Home, Oakdale.

She was a lifelong resident of Oakdale, where she was a member of First United Methodist Church.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Joe and Mamie Blount; her husband, Earl Beasley; one son, Charles Claude Colquette; and one brother, Yawn Blount.

She is survived by three sons, Charles Joseph (Barbara) Colquette of Mansfield, Joe Blount (Sally) Colquette of San Antonio, Texas, and Earl Warren Beasley of Colorado Springs, Colo.; one daughter-in-law, Claudia Hudgins Colquette of Oakdale; grandchildren, Keith (Lisa) Colquette of North Richland Hills, Texas, Mrs. Kevin (Wendy) McGee of Oakdale, Mrs. Patrick (Kim) Finkbeiner of San Antonio, Texas, Mrs. Daryl (Cindy) Schonfarber of Shreveport, Mrs. Jerrod (Jodi) Wheat of Oakdale and Kory and David Beasley of Colorado Springs, Colo.; and great-grandchildren, Skip and Bethany McGee of Oakdale, Paris Finkbeiner of San Antonio, Texas, Emily Schonfarber of Shreveport and Isabella Colquette of North Richland Hills, Texas.

Friends may call from 5 p.m. until 10 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 1, 2003, and from 8 a.m. until 1 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 2, 2003, all in Rush Funeral Home, downtown location, and from 1 p.m. until time of services Sunday, Nov. 2, 2003, in First United Methodist Church, Oakdale.
