Mary was my Aunt. I remember many Thanksgiving dinners at her and Uncle Sonny's house. Always enjoyed their company. Thanks Aunt Mary.

Mary Elizabeth Loflin of Georgetown, Texas died on November 8, 2008 at her home. She was born on September 7, 1931 to John Francis and Mary Ethel Wimberley. She is survived by her husband, James D. Loflin and two sons, James Randall and wife Bea; and Raymond Edward and wife Donna. She is also survived by two brothers, Bill Wimberley and wife Betty of Liberty Hill and James Wimberley of Georgetown; five grandchildren: Ryan Vicari, Matthew Scott, Vanessa Loflin, Trevor Loflin and Austin Loflin; her great granddaughter Mylah Rae Loflin; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Mary worked at the Railroad Commission for 22 years and five years for the Department of Public Safety. She retired in 1987.

Mary is predeceased by her parents and seven brothers and sisters including: Frances Gregory, Ray D. Wimberley, Cecil Wimberley, Opalette Waterfield, John L. Wimberley, Oleta Connell, and Ida Lee Visser.
