Rudy Dean "Deannie" Ellis 55 of Raytown, MO. passed away November 13, 2008. Services will be Saturday, November 22, 2008 at Mt. Washington Forever Mausoleum Chapel, 614 S. Brookside Ave, Independence, MO. Visitation will be at11:00 a.m. followed by funeral service at 12:00 Burial in Mt. Washington Cemetery.

Deannie was born on April 26, 1953 in Kansas City, MO to Rudolph and Kathryn (Whitt) Ellis. He was a polisher at Livers Bronze where he worked for 23 years.

He was preceded in death by his parents, one nephew and a twin brother.

He is survived by his wife Arzila Ellis, children Rudy Ellis Jr.( Amy), Frank Ellis (Stephanie), Deannia Ellis (Lawonia), brothers; Robert E. Ellis and Rudy L. Ellis, sisters;Donna Yeisley, Joann Langford, Connie Ruhl, Debra Gregory, Ronda Gail Huff and Judy Mackley. 11 grandchildren and 17 nieces & nephews.

Deannie will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
