Michelle "Shelly" McMullin Borovatz, 42, my loving wife, and our loving daughter, sister, and friend, passed away on November 13, 2008. She resided at 7840 South Main Street (700 West) in Midvale, Utah at the time of her death.
Shelly was born June 24, 1966 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Paul and Jean Heath McMullin.
She married Jeffrey Mark Borovatz in Salt Lake County in June 1991.
Shelly was a graduate of Alta High School in 1984 and worked at Smith's for 24 years and for Albertsons for two years. Shelly was known by all as a hard worker and gave of herself tirelessly. She enjoyed her role as a bakery manager.
She enjoyed crafts and loved to sew and had a kind, generous, and giving heart. Her cats were like family to her. Shelly had a special love for all children, and never forgot a birthday.
Survivors: loving husband, Jeff; brothers and sister, Brent (Denise) McMullin, Kirk McMullin, Jamie McMullin; parents, Paul and Jean McMullin; father and mother-in-law, Steve and Dorothy Borovatz; she also had many extended family and friends. Preceded in death by son, Travis; brother, Paul; and grandparents.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, November 18, 2008 at 11 a.m. in the Goff Mortuary Chapel, 8090 South State Street, where friends may call on Monday from 6-8 p.m. and on Tuesday from 9:45-10:45 a.m.
Interment: Midvale City Cemetery.
