Funeral services were held November 30, 1954 for Mrs. Susan Sheffield, who died at her home at Dorsey on November 29th. She had been ill for several months. She was 83. Services were held at Keys Chapel, South of Dorsey, with burial in the Keys Cemetery. Hawkins Funeral Home was in charge.
Mrs. Sheffield leaves two sons and two daughters. They are Audie Sheffield of Dorsey and Arthur Sheffield of Tupelo, sons. Daughters are Mrs. Hessie Lollar of Holly Springs and Mrs. Lilly Wheeler of Fulton.
