"Sarah M. Kennedy passed away at her home in Oregon City, April 14, aged 86 years. Deceased was born in Oswego, Ill., September 25, 1843. She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Laura Taggart. Funeral services were held Wednesday at 2:30 and interment was in the Mountain View cemetery in Oregon City, with Rev. A. C. Baker officiating."

OREGON CITY, Or.,(Special) Mrs. Sarah M. Kennedy, 86, for 18 years a resident of Mountain View addition, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Laura Taggart, 601 Mount Hood Street, this morning at 4:30 o'clock. She was the widow of Isaac Kennedy.
Mrs. Kennedy was born in Oswego, Ill., September 25, 1843, and was married to Eir Parkes in 1870. Mr. Parkes died March 27, 1904, and in 1905 his widow married Mr. Kennedy at Fort Scott, Kansas. They moved to Oregon City in 1912.
She is survived by her daughter, Mrs. Laura Taggart, and one sister.
Funeral services will be conducted at Christ Church, 600 Duane Street, Wednesday afternoon. Internment will be in Mountain View Cemetery.
