Services for Linda Rider will be at 10 a.m., Friday, October 31, 2008 at Midway Baptist Church, Jena with Bro. Brad Bunting officiating under the direction of Magnolia Funeral Home, Alexandria. Visitation will be from 6 p.m. Thursday, October 30, 2008 until time of service Friday, October 31, 2008 at Midway Baptist Church. Interment will be at Heard Cemetery, Manifest.
Linda Rider, 61, passed away Wednesday, October 29, 2008 at her home.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Annette Greene.
She is survived by her father, OJ William Brown of Jena; sons, Charles (Chuck) Stevens and wife Rachel of Jena; Kim Douglas Poole and wife Belinda of Jena; and Kevin Poole and wife Teresa of Georgetown; daughter, Lisa Poole Hay of Jena; brothers, Mike Brown and wife Pam of Jena; and Harvey Brown and wife Sue of Manifest; sister, Jackie Otwell of Jena; grandchildren, Joshua Stevens, Daniel Stevens, Samuel Stevens, Dusty Poole, Brittney Poole, Megan Poole, LeeAnn Poole, Grant Poole, Derek Poole, Rachael Blackwell, Deza Sikes and Taylor Hay; great grandchildren, Adam Stevens, Teryn Poole, William Stevens, Kimberlyn Poole and soon to be Brody Stevens.
