Charles S. Dice, 20, son of Harvey and Pearl Keller Dice, and Alice Ida Byers, 20, daughter of John C. and Katie Irene Meyers Byers, were married October 29, 1946, in Orrstown, PA. (marriage license information)

Mr. Dice was a farmer in St. Thomas. He retired from farming in 1973. After retiring, he was employed by Hayes Keefer Constriction Co. and was last employed with Kenneth Brechbill Painting.
Three daughters survived him: Fay (Mrs. David B)Grove, Flo (Mrs. Benjamin L.) Bricker and Dottie (Mrs. Darrell A.) Martin. Three grandchildren; a sister, Mabel (Mrs. Samuel B.) Bricker and a brother, Marvin J., also survived him.

On Oct. 13, 1962, he married Mabel E Miller Swope Dice. They are not mentioned in each other's obituaries. Mabel died in April 2021.
