Krebs, Lewis -Lewis Krebs, 46, Dies Here After Lingering Illness - Lewis W. Krebs, 46, a farmer who lived west of Perrysville, died Monday at Samaritan hospital following a lingering illness. The son of Albert and Lena Krebs, he was born near Loudonville, Sept. 7, 1908 and lived in Loudonville area all his life. He is survived by his wife, Susie Stull Krebs, one daughter, Shirley, at home, two sons, Larry and Tex Richard, also at home his mother, Mrs. Lena Krebs of near Loudonville, six sisters, Mrs. Leah Mierer, Mrs. Louise Pearce, Mrs. Evelyn Root and Mrs. Lillian Gongwer, all of Loudonville, Mrs. Emma Stutzman of Ravenna and Mrs. Marie Easterday of Perrysville, six brothers, Edward and Alfred of Loudonville, William and Herman of Ravenna, Richard of Loudonville and Lester of Stow and one half-brother, Alcide Studer of Loudonville. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday from the Banks funeral home with the Rev. J. E. Mittermaier, pastor of the Lutheran church in McZena, officiating. Burial will be in Greenlawn cemetery at Perrysville. Friends may call at the Banks funeral home after 7 p.m. Tuesday. Submitted by Gary. [Ashland Times Gazette: 22 February 1955]
