Velvia Mae Bacorn 74 died, Saturday, November 8, 2008 at, Forum Health Trumbull Memorial Hospital. She was born, February 24, 1934, in Ingo, West Virginia, a daughter of the late Burl and Marie Cooper Kincaid.

Velvia was a member of the Warren Baptist Temple and a homemaker who enjoyed garage sailing, sewing, quilting, craft shows and visiting her Amish friends.

She is survived by, six sons; William & Lola Bacorn of Cortland, Robert & Nina Bacorn of Farmington, James & Debbie Bacorn of Bristolville, Thomas & Louise Bacorn of Fowler, Kenneth Bacorn of Champion, Arley & Debbie Bacorn of Champion and a Daughter, Opal & Charles Burkholder of Champion. Also surviving are 25 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren along with three sisters, Ilene Rexroad of Weston, West Virginia, Delia Riley of Warren, Ohio and Rose Collins of Weston, West Virginia.

Preceding her in death were, her parents, her husband Harley Bacorn, a brother Robert Kincaid and three grandchildren: Theresa Bacorn, John Bacorn and Chad Brunstetter.

Friends may call from 4:00-6:00PM Sunday 11-09-08, at the Carl W. Hall Funeral home. Funeral services will be 11:00AM Monday, November 10, 2008, at the funeral home. Burial will be in Champion Township Cemetery.
